Khenri Proves That Even Des Moines Has Douchebags

Although that's not what they were going for, we hope, it's how it came off for us. Rather than doing something simple and glamourous to show off the shoes Khenri tried to be like any other fashion company. The tropes are all there: pouty models, high-class locales, gratuitous pans, thumping soundtrack. It just feels so forced.

High fashion has to try harder than this. It's boring and generic. Sorry, Khenri. The new line looks great, the video not so much.

While there isn't a solid story being told with the video, I think it's a little unfair to use the word douchebag.

Contrived. Both the shoes and this video. Hard to watch.
