Executive Creative Director
Leopard needs a seasoned, inspirational, and strategic creative leader to join our executive team and lead a talented creative department in delivering oustanding, award winning creative. The right person inspires by example, is humble in the presence of someone else’s good idea, is confident enough to hire people more talented than themselves, loves strategy as well as execution, is a force when presenting, and is passionate about digital.
If this sounds like you, you have a portfolio demonstrating successful, strategic, integrated creative, and at least 10 years in a sr. creative leadership role, then we’d love to hear from you.
This position is located in Denver, CO and you must be willing to relocate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic arts, communications, advertising, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years creative management experience
- Strong credentials in art direction and/or creative communications, and a positive track record in the development of successful, market-moving creative ideas.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating – eye for detail, design quality and conceptual strength In-depth knowledge of digital technologies – portfolio demonstrating innovative/adaptive use of a wide array of digital communication channels
- Outstanding strategic instincts
- Agency experience
- Excellent communication, mentoring, counseling, and above all, leadership skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to build positive long-standing relationships with clients and staff
- Ability to provide effective direction in a collaborative team work environment
- Ability to think strategically and from a client’s perspective
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to keep team on schedule
Preferred Experience
- B2B marketing experience
- Familiarity with one or more high-tech industries
