The Senior Strategic Planner is responsible for applying consumer understanding to creative problems.

Key Accountabilities
Partners with creative and brings consumer insight to bear on the creation of provocative, relevant advertising.
Applies consumer understanding of their relationship with the brand, and advertising in the category to the development of positioning, strategy, creative concepting and execution — and manages all research directly pertaining to creative.
Helps sell strategy and creative executions by putting them in the consumer context for our clients.
Manages and ensures the quality of the creative brief and briefing process.
Helps nurture our relationships with clients by demonstrating our understanding of the consumer and how they relate to the brand and creative.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Minimum ten years business experience required
Knowledge of strong research skills required
Demonstrated writing, communication and presentation skills
True passion for developing great creative a must
Curiosity about how people use new media
