Experiential marketing agency that specializes in high impact events, lifestyle, entertainment and presence marketing campaigns that live both online and offline for global brands is seeking an account supervisor to oversee multiple accounts and teams while planning and managing client initiatives and assist on new business development.

This person must have at least 7 years of agency experience with the following experience:
• High-level creative/strategic thinking skills, with experience in brainstorming, managing, and implementing strategic marketing programs
• Management skills necessary to direct multiple creative design and marketing teams
• Skilled at compiling and presenting new business pitches
• Must be able to work independently and solve problems
• Proven track record with social media campaigns
• Proven track record of running multiple programs and overseeing multiple teams simultaneously
• Account roster must include Automotive as well as lifestyle and entertainment clients
• Has run large consumer events/ PR stunts for high profile clients
• Has experience in building a budgets from scratch as well as budget reconciliation
• Has led an internal team of 3 or more
• Strong idea person, strong writer and has a passion for go-karting
• Must be able to operate in a face-past environment as a mastered multi-tasker
