Black Dog is looking for a designer that lives and breathes the web. This is not just a heads down job. We don't want you to simply deliver design files. From Discovery to Information Architecture and Wireframes to QA of the final product, we expect our designers to be committed to the project in its entirety.

This is a Freelance Position.

The designer we're looking for has:

3+ years of web design experience

An overwhelming desire to create the best web sites on the Internet

Strong understanding of deadlines and the necessary work ethic required to meet/exceed them

The communication skills necessary to explain the intent of their work, potentially in client facing scenarios

The ability to work collaboratively across disciplines (IA, strategy, interaction design, code)

HTML & CSS experience (even it is limited)
