DSM Sushi Bomb: Wait Till You Get Your Sushi Right

/ Comments (5)

DSM Sushi Bomb videos have been dropping fairly regularly over the past month. This recent one promotes the Intro to Sushi class you can take during the event (for an extra fee). The other videos feature goldfish and it feels a little sadistic to have live fish promote the consuming of dead fish. We also would have liked to see the production quality a little higher for an event that costs $40 a head.

But DSM Sushi Bomb supports a good cause and if you're a sushi lover you should definitely check it out. You can find more info here or just grab tickets over on this page.

Thanks for the post. We apologize for the low production videos, we figured that a low budget (meaning no budget - Tom Flynn III didn't give us a video making budget) would lead to more money going to the Salisbury House. Which is exactly what will happen. : )

And since you are sharing our video with the fine folks of Des Moines, we're thinking Mission Accomplished over here. : )

Looking forward to what the New Ego Management will accomplish and thanks for paying attention!

We agree that making sure the most money possible goes to Salisbury House is a good thing. But there are probably some people in the community who do nice video work who would be willing to jump on this good cause.

It's a good thing these videos are getting attention but just think how much more attention they *could* get.

I'm up in Minneapolis now, but I'm originally from Iowa and willing to head down there when opportunities arise.

I've had a few things posted here on DSM Egotist. If you want to up the production value a little, I'm a call/text/tweet away!

Thanks for the comment, Josh. That's the kind of stuff we hope to see more of in the community.

Agreed with Josh. There's a great talent pool around locally...and just a tweet/text/call away from talents from other communities.
