Developer -- Tier 3
Switch is looking for an experienced developer, with 5-10 years of experience. This candidate should have a mastery of Web engineering and the ability to seamlessly integrate a diverse collection of languages within an array of platforms and technologies. He or she will be responsible for effectively communicating this integration, and the technological aspects of a project, to other team members both verbally and in written documentation.

Responsibilities will vary day-to-day, but consist of technical problem solving, modification of complex scripting in multiple languages, writing for client back-end systems, application development, working with visual and UX designers, e-mail deployment systems, web-based mobile deployment, mobile application development, customizing CMS systems and participating in creative development concepting.

Requirements/Qualifications:
•Expert hands-on knowledge of XHTML/CSS
•Expert knowledge of 3rd party APIs (Twitter, Google Maps, Facebook Open Graph, Open Social)
•Extensive experience in open source CMS systems such as Drupal or Wordpress
•Server-side scripting within PHP (Expert), .NET 3.5+ (Moderate) and Java/Clojure (Moderate)
•OpenStep, 508 and W3C standards
•Experience in HTML5 and CSS3, with examples
•Ability to develop and work from complex wireframes, MVC, logic boards and dynamic content maps
•Strong knowledge in cross-browser compatibility
•Moderate experience in IIS, HTTP functions and NNTP
•Experience leading a group with source/version control software
•jQuery/Ajax and OO Javascript experience is a must
•Moderate experience in iOS/Cocoa/Objective-C
•Experience working with digital strategists and UX designers in an agency format
•Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
•Some working knowledge in Python/Ruby or an understanding of golang is a plus
