We're looking for an advertising art director or current advertising ACD with 5+ years of agency experience who eats, sleeps and breathes good ideas. And believes he or she can help make Colorado the center of the known ad universe. You will partner with our ACD/Copywriter and run a small creative department at an ambitious, growing agency managed by two 25-year industry veterans. In addition to acting as the lead art director on major accounts, as we grow, you will help shape our creative team and product. Candidates must have exceptional conceptual and design skills, an extensive TV reel, and a demonstrated passion for integrating a good creative idea across traditional, digital and emerging media. We prefer someone who has experience at small agencies and is used to working with smaller budgets and fewer production resources.
